Recently, I attended the Chaucer hospital for surgery, at first I was very apprehensive due to never having had surgery before. Quickly, my worries got put to one side due to the excellent team and service provided. I would like to highlight Debbie as she was caring and compassionate and put my mind at ease whenever I had any issues or concerns ,Debbie went above and beyond to help me find and locate the team I needed to see for this procedure , she was very calm and patient and I never felt rushed or a like a burden , its this kind of service that make me so grateful to have had this experience. After my procedure she followed up by making sure I was okay and looked after , I can’t express my gratitude due to how anxious I was, my experience was exceptional and I would encourage anyone to seek medical help or advice from the Chaucer hospital.
I recently underwent investigations at The Chaucer, and from the moment I walked through the doors until I left the hospital, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, courtesy and respect by all members of their team, administrative and medical staff alike. I left having had my health condition finally diagnosed, and felt reassured that I was in excellent hands in relation to ongoing treatment. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough.
