I considered visiting the Park for a while, but there was always something else. I finally went on a sunny, but cold Tuesday, and it was a really nice surprise. The park is very nice, bigger than it looks from the outside, and it is very well kept and maintained. There is a wide variety of animals, and several rooms for the animals that must be kept inside have multimedia content to accompany them. The staff is very kind and professional, and the shop is well stocked with nice mementos, especially for those who love plush toys.

Love this place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Animals are great, of course. Great play areas and nice wee cafe with a small soft play area only the height restriction is a bit on the small side. My youngest is 5, just, and is only a couple of centimetres off that. All in all a great place to spend a few hours and not overly priced like some places.

Fantastic for small children and young family's. Been coming here for many years and the animal pens have been built around natural wild life and are well kept. The onside cafe is mid priced or take a packed lunch and enjoy from many of the picnic tables dotted around. Also stone throw away from cannon Hill Park.
