Inventive and very deep, rich tastes, yet somewhat one-note and eventually repetitive. The intros of each dish were unfortunately rushed and more like checking a box rather than actually caring about our experience. The portions were comically small, taking the context of a tasting menu at this level entirely into account. There's always a balance regarding where the focus is and here, they forgot this was actually also eating not just enjoying and experiencing new tastes.
I would say one of my best dining experience. The place was so romantic, service was amazing, the food exceeded my expectations with perfect wine pairing. Well deserved for Michelin star rating.
The idea was nicer than the experience.. Too Sophisticated in the food idealogy. Decor needs a bit more for the michelin star.. Food was not as expected.
