I'm judging by Valentine's Day menu and breakfast - fist one was weak, second great. Overall, the valentine's day menu was disappointing. Three out of five dishes were raw, and only one hot. I'd recommend going 2:2 next time. Unfortunately sea brass very disappointing, however the steak was excellent. It was matched with a weird combination of wines - amazing one, good ones and terrible, but very good sommelier. Plus for a hot gluten free bun! We were extremely happy about the breakfast though, it was absolutely delicious!
Delicious food. Eggplant appetiser and basil hummus are amazing. Steak - good. What they call French fries are more like baked potatoes, but great and crispy. Chocolate and pistachio dessert is good. Citrus dessert - a nice surprise. Highly recommend. Must reserve in advance.
This is located within the Hotel Palacio de Santa Paula, which is a converted convent. The scenery is gorgeous, albeit quite hot in July, and the food (all of it) was mindblowing. For aperitif, we had the tuna and the hummus, and wow wow wow. Even better - combine them! Then, for dinner, we had the lamb shoulder, the roasted duck with chili sauce, the beef tenderloin, and the marinated pork. And - o.m.g. the sides!! Truffle mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. Literally to die for. Juani's service is amazing and he made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Highly recommend this to anyone in Granada, even if not staying at the hotel.
