A place that is highly under-visited by us in Western Europe. Immense historical value, enormous beauty and interest. Lots to see and do and soak in. Well worth anyone's time.

Very bohemian medieval city, was there during a festival, atmosphere was so relaxed and peaceful. Bring proper shoes, as you will be walking up and down those little streets😅 …

Very impressive place! We did not stay there overnight, we only parked the car next to the citadel and went for a walk (you can pay for the parking at the bar next to the citadel, it is 3 lei/2 hours or 5 lei/all day long). It still has the historical scent although it is visited by so many modern people. I was surprised to see that in the old church there are weekly concerts, maybe next time I will try to spend the a Friday night there and be able to attend it. The highschool is also very beautiful and is situated in the middle of the citadel.
