We have been in Rome for 6 days and Enzo was one of our best dining experiences. To start, there is ALWAYS a line which is proof positive of how good the food is. We stopped by in the afternoon for lunch and there was a very long line. A waiter told us there are always lines and suggested we show up at 6:30 pm as they open for dinner at 7 pm. Sure enough, we showed up Monday evening at 6:30 and there were already 30+ people waiting in line! The wait was worth it as the food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the fresh sour dough bread, fried artichoke, a side of marinated spinach with garlic and olive oil, and main dishes of oxtail and a pasta dish that the waiter recommend. Everything was delicious and highly recommend, total bill 52 Euros.

SO MUCH FOOD! But very good! The wait was well worth it for the quality of the food we had. I think the cheese was probably one of my favorite foods I had while abroad for over a month. We got there about 6:25pm, and we barely made it through to the actual restaurant. I would recommend getting there about 6:15 or earlier to wait for it to open. However, the wait was WORTH it!

A family owned old restaurant in a nice and lively area of Rome. Food is at high quality and taste. The place is very popular and therefore it’s a very long waiting time in a line if you come late. It’s recommended to come 30-45 min before the restaurant opens and be among the first to be seated.
