We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Try your best to sit in the courtyard! The pretzel 🥨 and beer 🍺 were fantastic and the food was just okay. Don’t be too hard on them, I can’t imagine how difficult it would be to keep all of this food ready to go. Always ask for a seasonal menu and try the seasonal beer! The restrooms are very nice. Put a napkin over your nice clothes if you are eating a dish with gravy!
We have reserved a few months in advance for this and it was a good experience. The food was simple, and straight to the point. My favorite was the pork knuckle. The skin was very crispy. However i found the taste to be very one dimentional, and salty. The interior is spectacular though.
I would say overall a positive experience a very large fast paced beer hall. The service was prompt the Veal and Schnitzel in the pictures was fine. The 1 litre stein beer is always fun, and the place is certainly lively with the Bavarian band. Therefore, certainly no issues for us. However, it can get very loud on occasions, which may not be for everyone.
