A museum worth the visit for satirical political cartoons. Saw the children’s exhibit which had had some beautiful mixed media by Pei-Yu Chang. Recommend on days when fewer people are here because the works require getting up close.

Very good museum! Located quite close to the Leibniz Universität. When I visited it, it was temporary exhibition of Deix and the main exhibition on the second floor. Price is quite reasonable : 6 euro for normal ticket, 4 euro for reduced. The exhibition of Deix is absolutely amazing, very good painted and full of humour. It's a pity that it's only in German language, so, I couldn't understand everything. The main exhibition is also nice I think the main disadvantage of museum is the absence of English translation

To be honest with you, the museum itself isn’t something worth the time or money in my opinion. It mostly contains old(?) drawing and cartoon drawings and caricature etc. The access might be bit confusing for first timers since it’s bit deep in the forest however the walk to the museum is fairly nice. The best way to enjoy this museum will be perhaps visiting it on the way back from “Herrebhausen Gardens” since they are relatively close by .
