Amazing German typical food experience! The pork knuckle is the best I ever had, even better than the one I experienced in Munich. I tried the grilled version, very crunchy outside and super soft and tender inside, with roasted potatoes and white sauerkraut: just the perfect combination! The dish is huge and really, a lot of food for one meal: in case I suggest to limit appetizers. The local bitter, dark beer is also really good and fits perfectly with the food. Highly suggested if you’re not vegetarian.

Away from the crowds, mid day street side patio to have a few Altbiers and dinner. I sat next to the waiter station with at least 4 talking amongst themselves and finally got waited on 10 minutes later. Classic German food, In and outside dining areas.

Nice place with good beer and food. Service definitely needs to improve- mean comments, because my friend wanted to order water (?), the other friend asked about Bratwurst and the waiter said "this is why you have menu, read and find yourself"...
