Beautiful building with a beautiful exhibition of paintings of flowers at the top floor. Free entry for students and otherwise it's just 10 euros. The only downside is that there are no translations of the texts that are put next to the painting

Fragonard , J.Chéret, GA Mossa , R. Duty. The building originally built for a Ukranian Princess and the exhibition moved in in the 1920s Joules Chéret designed the labels for Rimmel perfume bottles and his posters are now collected as art works.
