The museum is small and underwhelming. It's not very welcoming, every exhibition room is behind closed doors(literally). It offers a history of the city of Prague but doesn't make it fun or interesting. The information is in Czech and English and is concise, I would say this is more of a locals museum or very interested tourists.

A small and modest museum. You can spend around 1 - 1.5 hour. There were not so many visitors so it was quiet. The entrance fee is 150kc for adult.

The museum was quite nice although they maybe need to do some refurbishment in some rooms. I really liked the part about the start of Prague but I was disappointed to see that they stopped before our time. I was expecting to see every piece of the history of Prague. The staff of the museum was also very nice even though they did not speak English. They tried to explain us things and they really did everything to make our visit interesting. It was really nice of them!
