Good food, the grill for two was amazing!, good meat. We also recommend the donuts with cheese , they were good 😍 the desert was the grandfathers ice cup. We thought it was ok, big enough to share. We would totally be back and recommend it to everyone who doesn’t know where to eat. The restaurant is a little bit hidden, not in the middle of a tourist trap, and was full booked when we were there (week day, beginning of October). Nonetheless, nice service and staff and amazing food!

We had a wonderful night in this family-owned place. Simple and delicious food, wonderful environment, but above anything else warm and extremely hospitable stuff. The owner of the place was so kind to get in the car for fifteen minutes drive to get us something that we needed. Thank you guys, you have given new meaning for the word hospitality.❤️

The location was lovely and both the dining room and patio very comfortable. Our waiter was very patient with all of our questions and quite helpful. The octopus salad was spectacular! Absolutely perfect! The grandfathers plate was good but nothing special and the snails with polenta were not quite right. The snails were a bit over cooked and chewy and the gravy not to our liking. But, that said, not everyone likes everything so I am sure to others it is delicious. It just seemed off to have snails in a brown gravy that tasted like perhaps it was some type of meat stock. The polenta with bacon was very different from what we have had in the past - it was a bit crispy with the bacon and pretty good. As I mentioned, it maybe that it was just not to our tastes sine many others enjoy it. All in all, the restaurant location and design was comfortable and quiet, some of the food was spectacular, some ok. I would definitely go back for a glass of wine and the octopus salad!
